ESPN.com recently posted it's list of organizational rankings. They weren't traditional rankings as the criteria was based around the talent available of players under 25 years old.
↵For the Chiefs, who have been at the top of the draft the last three seasons, it's good news.
↵ESPN.com ranks them third in all of the NFL with players under 25 years old.
↵Think about it, players like Eric Berry, Brandon Flowers and Branden Albert all play key positions and are all under 25 (as of Sept. 1, 2010).
↵The Chiefs have a bright future but it's a matter of developing that talent and that's where the coaching staff comes in. The offseason coaching staff additions have been arguably the best in the league so we'll see if they're worth their money in 2010.
