Brian McIntyre of Mac's Football Blog reports the Chiefs and 5th round pick Cameron Sheffield have agreed to terms.
Sheffield came out of Troy as a linebacker and played outside linebacker at the Senior Bowl impressing a few folks.
McIntyre has the details of the deal:
Sheffield's contract has a base value of $1.984 million dollars, and includes a fully guaranteed $194,450 roster bonus in lieu of a signing bonus. The maximum value of Sheffield's contract is $2.75 million dollars.
Like Kendrick Lewis' deal, the only other Chief signed, Sheffield received a roster bonus and no signing bonus.
