Though it doesn't matter now, this is pretty interesting:↵
There are a lot of people in the Lions' organization who have liked Houston for a long time, including Lions general manager Martin Mayhew. Defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham was with the Chiefs when Houston came out of Arkansas three years ago and, according to a Kansas City source, Cunningham was lobbying the Chiefs to take Houston in the first round (23rd overall) instead of receiver Dwayne Bowe. The Falcons eventually took Houston with the 41st overall pick (two spots before Detroit drafted Drew Stanton).↵
You think the current administration would be down with that? I think they might considering some of the problems Dwayne Bowe has created in Kansas City.
