Chiefs Training Camp: Conditioning Test Then Departing For St. Joe

Chiefs training camp is so, so close.

↵

We're just over 24 hours away from the Chiefs' first training camp practice of the season. But we're less than 12 hours away from the Chiefs' conditioning test.

↵

Last year, this is what the Chiefs players had to do in order to participate in camp:

50 yard sprint three consecutive times then a one-minute break. You go through that process three times.

↵

The skill positions (defensive back, wide receiver) have 55 seconds to do it. The middle guys (running backs, tight ends, quarterbacks and linebackers) have to do it in 58 seconds and the big guys (offensive and defensive linemen) have to do it in 62 seconds.

After the conditioning test, the Chiefs will depart for camp.
