We had our first fight at Chiefs training camp.
↵Now, before you get excited, remember this is the way training camp goes. It's hot as can be, players are competing for a job and it's just the second day of a three-week journey. So, yeah, it's easy to get frustrated. But there's also never been a training camp in history without some sort of fight (I can't prove that but feel good about making that statement).
↵The Chiefs got into their first one on Saturday when Jamaal Charles was tackled pretty hard by just about the entire defensive line toppling on top of him. The offense, protecting their teammate, ran in and try to tear the defenders off of Charles. Of course the defense, like the offense, wanted to defend their guys and stepped in as well.
↵The most interesting part of it all was Eric Berry wasting no time taking to his defensive brethren and pushing quarterback Matt Cassel out of the way.
