Chiefs Training Camp: Getting Healthier, Several Players Return

The Chiefs have been slightly banged up in the last week following the game against the Falcons.

Barry Richardson suffered an injury during the game and hasn't practiced sense. Tight ends Tony Moeaki and Jake O'Connell didn't make the trip to Atlanta.

Ryan Lilja even had the day off Monday.

All those guys returned on Tuesday.

Richardson practiced for the first time since suffering that injury during the game. Moeaki hasn't practiced since the Chiefs intra-squad scrimmage a week and a half ago. O'Connell was somewhat of a surprise scratch as the only practice he missed was two days before the game.

Lilja had no noticeable injury so it appears his day off was just a veteran's day off.

The Chiefs health, particularly along the offensive line, is absolutely critical. Specifically, the two tackles -- Branden Albert and Ryan O'Callaghan -- need to stay healthy. I'm not sure if Richardson can handle being the swing tackle if put into extended action.
