Willie Bloomquist has never bat third so I can imagine your surprise when you saw the Royals lineup.
Here's what manager Ned Yost said on Bloomquist hitting third, via Bob Dutton of the KC Star:
"I guarantee you he’ll get a couple of hits. You watch."
We will watch. An unusual lineup to say the least.
