Kansas City Royals Manager Ned Yost Gets 500th Career Win

Kansas City Royals manager Ned Yost collected his 500th career win as a manager on Sunday (and I just realized it now which is why I'm two days late and the Royals have lost a game in-between that time).

"If you can get to a thousand, that would be nice and that's when I'll start looking at it. I think it puts it all into context that I got 500 losses two years ago. Five hundred wins is nice but it's not anything to make a big deal about it."

He has a good attitude about it...if you had 500 losses two years ago then there's no reason to be bragging about 500 wins now.
