Former Mizzou TE Martin Rucker Released By The Eagles

New, 1 comment

The man who left Mizzou with 200 receptions, 2,175 yards and 18 touchdowns is now a free agent.

The Eagles released Martin Rucker, former Mizzou tight end.

↵

Rucker came into the league with some good expectations because of the numbers he put up at Mizzou. He was a 2007 first-team All American.

↵

The Eagles Browns drafted him in the fourth round in 2008 and he never really integrated into the offense. He was signed to the Eagles practice squad last year.

↵

The Eagles replaced him with another tight end I've never heard of so it's not a good sign for Rucker.

↵

I wonder who picks him up next.
