This week North Dakota State head coach Craig Bohl had some very interesting words for Kansas following the Bison's 6-3 victory.
“I think the environment that we're going to play in Cedar Falls (Iowa) is going to be much more of a hostile environment than Memorial Stadium in Kansas,” Bohl said. “That was pretty docile. And the type of team that we’re going to be playing is going to be a much more physical, aggressive football team than KU.”
Of course that's even more frustrating because KU fans can't really talk back considering they, you know, lost to North Dakota State.
This week, though, KU will look to prove the NDSU coach wrong. On the field, that's a tall task. Beating Georgia Tech isn't impossible but boy would KU and Jordan Webb need to play a heck of a game to do that.
They will also look to their fans to prove the NDSU coach wrong.
Owen Kemp of Rock Chalk Talk writes, "Kansas has recorded at least 48,000 in attendance in 50,000-seat Memorial Stadium in 16 consecutive games."
How will KU respond this week after the embarrassing NDSU game? How will their fans respond?
