Last week Jason Jeffries, one of the men implicated in the KU ticket scandal, had his sentencing delayed so that he could help the prosecution's investigation.
This week, Brandon Simmons, another man implicated in the case, has agreed to do the same.
Both sides will help the prosecutor's investigation into the scandal that has cost the school anywhere from $1-3 million. Presumably they'll blow the whistle on others for a more favorable sentence.
The two men will have sentencing dates of March 7. How much information they can give the prosecution will likely determine their sentences.
They've both pleaded guilty to knowing about the scam and hiding it from the authorities.
