Is it too early to be talking playoffs in Kansas City?
↵The Chiefs are 2-0 for the first time since 2005.
↵About two-thirds of teams that start 2-0, make the playoffs. That would suggest that, no, it's not too early to be talking playoffs in Kansas City.
↵The Chiefs still have plenty of flaws -- using Jamaal Charles most efficiently, giving up big plays and perhaps the biggest flaw, the quarterback.
↵That said, they're still winning games. It doesn't matter in the NFL if they're pretty or not -- and they most definitely are not in Kansas City -- but the Chiefs are getting it done.
↵There are plenty of things going right: The defense as a whole, special teams and an uncanny knack for coming up with non-offensive touchdowns.
↵As much as 2-0 does matter, it's not a ticket to the playoffs. The last time the Chiefs started 2-0, in 2005, they did not make the playoffs.
