NFL Playoffs TV Schedule: Packers-Bears, Jets-Steelers

The 2011 NFL playoffs continue on with the AFC and NFC Championship game. The Packers are traveling to Chicago to take on the Bears while the Jets will travel to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers. This is an excellent matchup for both sides as all four teams sport a top six defense in the NFL. Get ready to hear that talking point plenty today. Here's the NFL TV schedule for today:
Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears, 2:00 p.m. (CT), FOX: The Packers are 3.5 point favorites over the Bears and after seeing Aaron Rodgers against the Atlanta Falcons it's hard to argue. The Packers are on fire right now and many folks still don't think Chicago is for real. I don't know what it is but the Bears just don't seem like they should be here. Of course they are here, and they did get a second seed in the NFC, so they're doing something right. Still, I'm sticking with the Packers. Let's say 31-24, Packers.

New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers, 5:30 p.m. (CT), CBS: I can't wait for this game because, like the Steelers and Baltimore Ravens game last week, it features two of the best defenses in the NFL. The upstart, new-school Jets against the old-school Steelers. This is a great matchup and I'll have to take the Steelers. They've won this game before and they've got the experience so the Jets will have to prove it. Mark Sanchez could set a NFL record with road playoff wins with a Jets victory -- and he's in his year two of his career. The Steelers are favored in this game and I'll stick with that. Pittsburgh, 17-14.
