The latest NCAA basketball rankings are out and Ohio State remains the top team in the country garnering all the first place votes. The Buckeyes still have a perfect 22-0 record and they're followed by the Kansas Jayhawks, who move up to No. 2 after a week at sixth.
Kansas beat Colorado and Kansas State this week as they improved their record to 20-1 on the season. Kansas has games this week against Texas Tech and Nebraska before a Feb. 7 matchup with the Missouri Tigers.
Texas, Pittsburgh and Duke round out the top five. Texas leads the Big 12 with an undefeated conference record and an 18-3 overall record. They have a victory over Kansas and Missouri this year already.
Missouri drops from No. 11 last week to No. 14 this week. They lost to Texas last week and have upcoming games against Colorado and Nebraska before the Feb. 7 game against Kansas.
Kansas State is once again unranked after a blowout loss to Kansas this week.
In the Big 12, Kansas is the highest ranked at No. 2, followed by Texas at No. 3, Missouri at No. 14 and Texas A&M at No. 16.
