Today’s win for the Oakland Raiders against the Cleveland Browns came at a cost for the team as they lost Jason Campbell due to a shoulder injury, and it’s impossible to tell at this point what his availability will be for the next week. That said, punter Shane Lechler might be a better option than back-up quarterback Kyle Boller. Today, Lechler threw a 35 yard touchdown strike that showed off a more accurate arm than the Ravens ever saw out of Boller. Perhaps he now enters the equation for a possible starter along with Terrelle Pryor for next week against the Chiefs.
