In case you thought the big changes within college football weren't coming until realignment really kicks in next season, the latest rankings show that some of NCAA football's oldest powers are now making room for newer players. Florida and Florida State are now out of the Associated Press Top 25, and that's a sign that things are definitely changing.
Florida lost yet another top ranked SEC match-up and have failed to look like the highly ranked team they were in the beginning of the season. New head coach Will Muschamp has his work cut out for him to overcome quarterback injuries and right a sinking ship in SEC play. The same can be said for Florida State, who suddenly find themselves with a losing record.
