Henry Josey Injury Update: Missouri Tailback Goes Down With Serious Knee Injury

Missouri sophomore tailback Henry Josey has left the game versus the Texas Longhorns after suffering a serious knee injury. Josey went down midway through the third quarter, as he planted along the left sideline and his knee buckled. Josey immediately began writhing in pain and grabbed at his knee. Josey's been taken off on a cart and his status is unknown at this point.

Josey had struggled thus far in today's contest versus the Longhorns, running for just 19 yards on 11 carries.

If Josey is unable to return, junior tailback Kendial Lawrence will step into his place for the Missouri Tigers. Lawrence has already scored on a 27-yard touchdown for Gary Pinkel's offense, and thus far has 81 yards rushing on just 9 carries. The Tigers as a team has 109 rushing yards total.
