The Kansas St. Wildcats allowed the TExas A&M Aggies to take a 21-14 lead due to the second interception from Collin Klein. Klein was picked off by Terrence Frederick who returned the interception 57 yards to the Kansas State 10 yard line. Texas A&M then went onto take a 21-14 lead by scoring one play on a Cyrus Gray touchdown run.
Kansas State responded immediately by going eight plays for 87 yards to tie the game at 21 apiece. Klein used his arm on the drive to get the ball into Texas A&M territory with a 46 yard pass to Chris Harper. Then Klein took to his legs by rushing for 28 yards to finish off the drive and scored the tying touchdown on a 2-yard run.
