NFL Power Rankings: NFL's Website Lists Chiefs As 25th On Latest Power Poll

Last week, the Kansas City Chiefs were tied for 22nd on the NFL.com weekly Power Poll. Now they have fallen another three spots to 25th due to their 31 point loss on Monday Night Football last night. The differential between points scored (144) and points allowed (252) is among the worst in the league and the offense in particular has only scored more points than the Colts, Rams and Jaguars. So it's no surprise the Chiefs are listed that low.

It might not get much better for the Chiefs who face the Steelers, Bears, Jets and Packers in successive weeks starting on Sunday night against Pittsburgh. With the worst part of the schedule coming up, the Chiefs might assume last place for their own in the AFC West. There's no denying this is a frustrating year for all involved given the injuries on all sides of the field -- from defensive whiz Eric Berry (who would have been covering Rob Gronkowski last night) to Jamaal Charles and Matt Cassel. The good news is that things cannot get much worse than what they already are.
