The Kansas City Chiefs released their first injury report of the week Wednesday and running back Jackie Battle was held out of practice Wednesday as the tailback was in a walking boot at the Chiefs practice facility. Battle's chances of playing on Sunday seem slim, and interim head coach Romeo Crennel could be forced to lean on the triumvirate of ball carriers Thomas Jones, LeRon McClain and Dexter McCluster.
Jon McGraw was limited in practice with a high ankle sprain, Reshard Lanford is next in line to step up for the Chiefs on defense.
