Broncos Injury Report, Week 17: Brian Dawkins Doubtful For Chiefs

The Denver Broncos can continue their unlikely run toward the 2011 NFL playoffs by beating the Kansas City Chiefs to win the AFC West. They will likely have to do that, and face former starter Kyle Orton, without defensive leader Brian Dawkins.

A nagging neck injury has left Dawkins listed as doubtful for Denver's final game of the 2011 NFL regular season, and his absence in recent weeks has coincided with the deterioration of a defense that helped prop up Tim Tebow's sometimes-struggling offense during the Broncos' winning streak.

Sackmaster Von Miller, though, should play: he's probable with a thumb injury.

Here's the Broncos injury report for Week 17:

OUT: none.

DOUBTFUL: S Brian Dawkins (neck).

QUESTIONABLE: none.

PROBABLE: S Quinton Carter (hip), LB Von Miller (thumb), S David Bruton (Achilles), CB Chris Harris (neck).
