Big 12 Tournament: Bracket, Schedule, TV, Location And More

Finally. The Big 12 tournament is here. Since I'm in Kansas City, where the games will be played at the Sprint Center, I'm particularly excited as I hope to catch a few of the games.

We've got our Big 12 tourney brackets below -- I guess they're printable -- for the action that will start on Wednesday morning.

[Editor's note: It's times like these I miss working in an office where I can get in on a pool with a bunch of people. Will anyone out there invite me to their office pool....? Please?]

Your top four seeds receiving a bye are the Kansas Jayhawks, Texas Longhorns, Texas A&M Aggies and Kansas State Wildcats. The fifth seed is the Colorado Buffaloes while the Missouri Tigers are the sixth seed and Baylor Bears are the seventh seed. The Nebraska Cornhuskers come in with the eighth seed while the Oklahoma State Cowboys have the ninth seed. Rounding out the list are the Oklahoma Sooners with the 10th seed, Texas Tech Red Raiders with the 11th seed and the Iowa State Cyclones with the 12th and final seed.

The action starts on Wednesday with the first round and the following day we'll have continue with the quarterfinals. After that, it's the semifinals on Friday and then the Championship on Saturday.

TV stations will be a combination of KMCI-38 and ESPN. Check here for a full TV listing of the games.

Following that, it's Selection Sunday for the 2011 NCAA tournament.
