Former Mizzou Basketball Coach Quin Snyder Interviewed By The Timberwolves

According to the media in Minnesota, former Missouri men’s basketball coach Quin Snyder has been interviewed for the head coaching job with the NBA’s Timberwolves.

While that may be a surprise to many Tigers fans who watched Snyder compile a 126-91 record from 1999-2006 in Columbia, anything T-Wolves GM David Kahn does shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

After Flip Saunders departed the Twin Cities in 2005, Minnesota has been through five different coaching searches and current coach Kurt Rambis is likely on his way out.

After resigning at Missouri, Snyder coached for three years as the head man with the NBDL’s Austin Toros before spending the past year as an assistant with the Philadelphia 76ers.
