Kansas State Football Recruiting 2012: Offensive Lineman Aderius Epps Makes The Call To Be A Wildcat

Kansas State picked up their seventh verbal commit for the class of 2012 on Sunday as Aderius Epps let Coach Billy Snyder and staff know he will be headed to Manhattan next summer. He had been on a visit to Kansas State over the weekend and apparently he and his family liked what they had to see.

Epps is a 6'2" 295 offensive lineman from Cedar Hills High School in Texas that chose the Wildcats over offers from Baylor and TCU.

While he is the first offensive lineman to join the 2012 recruiting class, Epps will certainly be a welcome addition. In verballing to K-State he joins a class that already includes-

Tavarius Bender 6'3" 208 lbs QB Lincoln, NE (Southwest High School)

Ranked the #1 overall recruit in the state of Nebraska and chose the Wildcats over offers from Ohio and Tulane

Travis Britz 6'4" 275 lbs DT Harrisonville, MO

Two-star recruit who is the 18th ranked senior in the state of Missouri. Won Class 2 state wrestling title in 2010.

Will Davis 6'1" 213 lbs LB Southlake, TX (Carroll High School)

Three-star recruit from one of Texas' premier high school programs.

Tray Rabon 6'2" 185 lbs WR Dallas, TX (Skyline High School)

Another three-star recruit from Texas who picked the Wildcats over offers from Indiana and a host of lower-level Division One programs.

Matt Seiwert 6'2" 250 lbs Athlete Conway Springs, KS

Seventh ranked recruit in the state of Kansas who lead the Conway Springs Cardinals to a runner-up finish in Class 3A in 2010.

Vernon Vaughn 6'2" 190 lbs WR Kansas City, KS (Sumner Academy)

Three-star recruit who is the fifth ranked player in Kansas who finished 2010 with 47 receptions for 865 yards and 17 touchdowns
