Though Bubba Starling hasn't signed yet, it has been a busy day for the Kansas City Royals front office, as they announced they have signed 30th round selection, pitcher Christian Binford. Binford who goes by the first name Mark, checks in at 6'7" 235 lbs and is a right-handed pitcher from Mercersburg Prep in Pennsylvania.
