For those wanting an easy run as a franchise in Madden ‘12, the Baltimore Ravens would be one of the best choices as a starting team. That’s because the team is not only loaded for the present and the future. Then again, that seems an accurate statement for the team in real life.
The latest Madden ratings have been released for the Ravens, and Baltimore fans will be pleased with the results. The offense is overwhelming and the offense is young and promising. It starts with the defense and familiar names like Ray Lewis (95 overall) and Terrell Suggs (94), Ed Reed (98) and Haloti Ngata (97). All four players anchor the defense from front to back and allow the Ravens to have game-changer on all levels.
Joe Flacco is an 88 overall as a young quarterback and with a 96 arm, he’s set for one deep strike another another to talented receivers like Anquan Boldin (87) and Derrick Mason (86). Todd Heap adds a solid receiving target at tight end with an 84 overall rating. The receiver position is a bit thin after that with Torrey Smith adding a 69 in his first season. Ray Rice balances out the offense, however, with a stellar rating for the young Ray Rice (92). New Chiefs RB Le’Ron McClain is set at 90 at fullback and provides, who has a 92 Toughness rating.
The line is also quite formidable with Ben Grubbs coming in at 95 overall and Matt Birk coming in at 91. That makes running between the tackles much easier. Marshall Yanda (85), Jared Gaither (84) and Michael Oher (82) round out the starting offensive line.
