Thunder Vs. Grizzlies Score: OKC Leading Memphis 54-52 At Halftime

Oklahoma City is looking for its fourth straight win and is leading the Memphis Grizzlies 54-52 at halftime.

Russell Westbrook had a huge first half for the Thunder finishing with 18 points, three rebounds and two assists in the first half. Westbrook hit 7-8 shots in the first half. Kevin Druant added 14 points and six rebounds while Thabo Sefolosha added nine first half points.

Memphis has put up a valiant effort even without power forward Zach Randolph who is out with a knee injury. Marc Gasol leads the Grizzlies with 12 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots. Mike Conley scored nine points and handed out six assists while O.J. Mayo hit both of his three-point attempts off the bench on his way to eight points in the first half.
