Dominique Hamilton Among Top Prospects At East-West Shrine Game

After three days of practice, National Football Post writer Wes Bunting runs down his top 10 prospects that will be participating in the game. Among those is former Missouri defensive tackle Dominique Hamilton who checks in at No. 3 behind Arkansas wide receiver Jarius Wright and Coastal Carolina defensive back Josh Norman. Bunting describes Hamilton as having "plus" power for a bull rusher and says that he looks like a potential NFL starter.

Hamilton flashed all week. He can bend, has a good first step and can overwhelm on contact. He will get himself into some trouble when he gets upright inside and I would like to see him continue to fill out his lower half a little more. However, he looks like an ideal five-technique at the next level who should be able to earn a starting job in the league.

Bunting also lists the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets along with the Kansas City Chiefs as likely fits for Hamilton.
