The Kansas Jayhawks are currently sitting atop of the Big 12 standings and should stay that way after this weeks games. Kansas does host the Texas A&M Aggies on monday night, but the Aggies have been inconsistent and have not lived up to their preseason rankings. With that game being at home it is unlikely that Kansas will fall. Their second game of the week is at Iowas State, but Kansas has already beaten them this year.
Missouri is looking to not lose any more ground to Kansas and they get a pair of winnable games this week when they take on Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. The showdown between Missouri and Kansas takes place on Feb. 4 in Columbia, Mo.
Kansas State crawled their back to .500 in Big 12 play after defeating Texas and Oklahoma State and now have a chance to get back in the top 25 rankings if they can get past Oklahoma and Texas Tech this week.
