Oklahoma City takes a slim 53-51 lead into halftime against the Portland Trail Blazers after a big first half from Portland's LeMarcus Aldridge.
James Harden got a rare start for the Thunder and responded with a team-high 14 points in the first half. Kevin Durant didn't shoot it well in the first half but finished with 11 points. Russell Westbrook chipped in eight points and five assists for the Thunder. Oklahoma City connected on 51 percent of its shots in the first half and was able to get out on the break for 13 fast break points. However, they are going to have to find a way to slow down LeMarcus Aldridge.
Aldridge hit 6-10 shots and 7-8 from the free throw line for 19 first half points. Wesley Matthews added eight points for Portland who shot 48 percent from the floor in the first half.
