Kansas City Chiefs Re-Sign Linebacker Cory Greenwood

The Kansas City Chiefs have locked up one of their best special teams players with a new four-year contract. Cory Greenwood has signed a four-year, $2.75 million contract to keep him in Kansas City for the next few years.

Greenwood was originally a No. 3 overall pick in the 2010 CFL draft, but decided to come to the NFL when the Chiefs offered him a contract. He’s been at the top of the ranks in special teams tackles for the Chiefs over the last two seasons.
