Per ESPNU's Paul Biancardi, Wayne Selden, ESPN's No. 14 recruit, has committed to play basketball for Bill Self and the Kansas Jayhawks.

Selden, a 6'5 shooting guard from New Hampshire, also had offers from Florida, Missouri, Ohio St., Syracuse and UCLA.

Kansas hosted Selden, along with Aaron Gordon, for an official visit on Friday, as Self looked to bolster the 2013 recruiting class. It took Selden just three days to make up his mind and commit to Kansas.

Selden joins Conner Frankamp, Brannen Greene and Frank Mason as members of Kansas' 2013 recruiting class.

In August, Selden praised Self, calling him a "great coach." Selden also praised Kansas' winning tradition and offensive tempo.

Self went to Selden's home state of New Hampshire to visit with the young guard in September. During that visit, Self apparently sold Selden on his vision, telling the young guard that Kansas' staff believes he can contribute as a point guard, shooting guard, or small forward.
