The Missouri Tigers are still looking for their first SEC football victory as they prepare to host Vanderbilt this Saturday.
Missouri is 0-2 in the SEC after falling to fifth-ranked Georgia, 41-20, and sixth-ranked South Carolina, 31-10, in its first two conference bouts. The Tigers are 3-2 on the season overall and are coming off a 21-16 victory over the University of Central Florida last Saturday.
Vanderbilt is also 0-2 to start the season in SEC play after barely losing to South Carolina in week one, 17-13. The Commodores also fell to Georgia, 48-3, on Sept. 22. The Commodores are 1-3 on the year with their only win coming against Presbyterian, 58-0, on Sept. 15.
Kendial Lawrence leads the Tigers in rushing with 395 yards and five touchdowns and carried the ball a season-high 19 times versus Central Florida last week. Freshman wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham scored the first touchdown of his career on an 80-yard reception from quarterback James Franklin last week. The touchdown was Green-Beckham's lone reception of the game.
The Tigers' kick-off against the Commodores is 7 p.m. ET.
