Rice will travel to Tulsa in search of its first Conference USA win at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The Golden Hurricane is favored by 21 points over the Owls.
Tulsa defeated Rice, 38-20, last season in Houston when they amassed 473 yards of total offense.
