With two goals from Alyssa Diggs, including one 7:45 into overtime, the No. 16 Missouri Tigers women's soccer team improved to 11-2 overall and 6-1 in SEC play with a win over the Kentucky Wildcats.

Diggs struck first for the Tigers with a rebound off a shot from senior Haley Krentz 31 minutes into the game. The goal gave Missouri a 1-0 lead that they held for almost the entire remainder of the game, but a Kentucky goal at 84 minutes forced the game into overtime.

It was Diggs again, as Danielle Nottingham sent a pass to the middle of the pitch that found the junior and she managed to send it in to the lower right corner of the goal.

Missouri goalie McKenzie Sauerwein held strong for the Tigers and recorded four saves while allowing just one goal. The season will continue for the Tigers on Sunday when they host Mississippi State before heading to Gainesville, Fla., to face the No. 18 Florida Gators on Friday.
