The Oklahoma City Thunder are off to a hot start to the 2012-13 NBA season with a 5-2 early record and are riding a four-game winning streak. After winning 106-91 over Cleveland on Sunday, the Thunder will open the week on the road at Detroit Monday at 6:30 p.m.
The Pistons have not played well so far this season as they sit at 0-7 and are dead last in the NBA in rebounding. Detroit is one of just two teams searching for its first win of the season, and the Washington Wizards at 0-5 have played two fewer games than the Pistons.
After playing in the Motor City on Monday night, Oklahoma City returns home on Wednesday to face the Memphis Grizzlies. Memphis is 5-1 on the season as it enters this week and is ranked fifth in the league in scoring. The Grizzlies have won five games in a row since losing on the opening night of the season to the Clippers.
