Sunday was veteran's Day, and the NFL is continuing to honor veterans of the U.S. military by performing pre-game ceremonies in each stadium over the last two weeks. Monday night in Pittsburgh during the Monday night Football game between the Steelers and Chiefs fans are encouraged to arrive early for a special pre-game ceremony at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh:

The Pittsburgh Steelers are encouraging fans to arrive early to enjoy the many activities surrounding Monday night’s game at Heinz Field against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. and all gates will open at 6:30 p.m.

The Chiefs and Steelers are facing off in a matchups that, on paper looks lopsided. Kansas City has yet to lead a game in regulation this season and Pittsburgh has won three straight games to move itself solidly into the playoff race at the midway point of the season.

Kansas City is currently third in the NFL in rushing, but its passing game game has struggled. Kansas City only rates 25th in passing yards in the league. The defense has also been one of the better teams against the pass ranking 11th out of 32 teams.
