Chiefs vs. Steelers injury report: Chiefs stay healthy before heading to Pittsburgh

The Kansas City Chiefs are relatively injury free leading up to their Week 10 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Kansas City Chiefs need a win in the worst way as they head to the Steel City to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday. They'll make the trip about as healthy as they've been all season as well.

After returning last week against the San Diego Chargers, defensive end Glenn Dorsey reaggravated his calf injury and will be out of this Sunday's game against the Steelers. Tackle Branden Albert was limited in practice with a back injury. Quarterback Brady Quinn didn't practice Thursday as he recovers from a concussion and will miss Monday night's game. This means Matt Cassel will reprise his role as the startinger this week.

The Chiefs desperately need a win to hold on to any hope of a getting to the playoffs. At 1-7 on the season, the Chiefs are four games back in both the division and the wild card race, with the 5-3 Steelers currently holding on to the sixth and final AFC playoff spot.
