Fan voting for the Pro Bowl ended on Monday with no Kansas City Chiefs topping the charts at any position in the AFC.

In fact, the AFC West has representatives from just one team, the Denver Broncos, on the list of players with the most fan votes for a given position. The St. Louis Rams also went without any players receiving the most votes at a particular position, while their NFC West counterparts, the San Francisco 49ers, had five.

Denver quarterback Peyton Manning led all voters with 993,045 votes, edging out Patriots quarterback Tom Brady by nearly 85,000 votes. Broncos linebacker Von Miller topped the voting at the outside linebacker position for the AFC with 387,585 votes from the fans.

Most of the 49ers contribution via the fan vote was on defense with defensive tackle Justin Smith, linebacker Patrick Willis and specialist C.J. Spillman garnering the highest vote totals. Kicker David Akers and offensive guard Mike Iupati also were leading vote-getters at their position.

The fan vote accounts for just a third of the total vote. Players and coaches will vote for their selections today and tomorrow.
