NBA All-Star Skills Challenge: Russell Westbrook Bows Out In First Round

The second event of the night at the NBA All-Star weekend is the skills challenge which is a timed course where players must make two chest passes, hit a three-pointer, make a bounce pass and then dribble down to the other end of the court and finish with a layup.

The field will consist of the Boston Celtics Rajon Rondo, San Antonio Spurs Tony Parker, Oklahoma City Thunder's Russell Westbrook, Cleveland Cavaliers Kyrie Irving, Washington Wizards John Wall and New Jersey Nets Deron Williams.

The Thunders Westbrook struggled in this first attempt and did not make it to the second round as his time was 33.8 seconds which was the fourth fastest time.

The winner of the 2012 event was the Spurs Parker who defeated Deron Williams and Rajon Rondo.
