NBA All-Star Game Rosters: Kevin Durant Leads Western Conference

The Oklahoma City Thunder are well represented when it comes to the NBA All-Star Game rosters. Then again, with the best record in the Western Conference, they should be. Not only is Kevin Durant predictably included among the starters, but Russell Westbrook also found a place among the few players here -- a group that also includes Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and Kobe Bryant among others.
