Texas A&M Sweeps Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championship

The Texas A&M men and women successfully defended their Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships over the weekend, with Texas coming in second in both divisions.

The A&M men captured four individual and one team relay title, and also had two of its own, sprinters Prezel Hardy, Jr. and Ameer Webb, share the high-point-scorer award with 18 points each.

The Aggie women did not win as many individual events (3), but placed well in many of the events.

In the men’s division, Kansas State placed fourth, Missouri eighth and Kansas tenth. On the women’s side, Kansas was third, Kansas State seventh and Missouri came in tenth.
