With the Kansas City Chiefs finalizing the hiring of former Miami Dolphins offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, there were some concerns that there would be some shakeup of coaches pending the move. One person in particular was quarterbacks coach Jim Zorn, but sources are saying that unless the Pittsburgh Steelers offer him the offensive coordinator position he's staying in KC.

If this coaching situations holds to the beginning of training camp that this should be good news for Matt Cassel. Romeo Crennel vowed to bring in competition at the quarterback position versus Cassel but with the relationship between Cassel and Zorn signs point to the Chiefs sticking behind their current QB.
