Jake Ballard Tears PCL And Meniscus In Separate Knees In Super Bowl Win For Giants

The New York Giants were down two tight ends at one point in tonight's win over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 46 in Indianapolis, but that didn't stop Eli Manning and company from doing what needed to be done. Now Jake Ballard will have time to do what needs to be done on his injuries, which are unfortunately many for the Giants' tight end.

Ballard reportedly tore his PCL in one knee and his meniscus in the other knee according to Adam Caplan. The Giants will be monitoring his progress, so it might not be surprising to see them address the position in the draft. Still Ballard has a home here for a long time.
