VIDEO: Breakdown Of Kansas State's Loss To Syracuse

Nick Fasulo of Searching for Billy Edelin breaks down what happened in the Kansas St. Wildcats 75-59 loss to the Syracuse Orange. One key factor which is pointed out is that Syracuse outscored Kansas State 33-0 from the bench, and with the balanced scoring attack where Syracuse had five players in double figures.

Even though Kansas State dominated the offensive rebounding edge 22 to eight which gave them multiple second chances on offense they could not convert enough to defeat Syracuse. It also did not help that Kansas State shot 31 percent from the field.
