Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook was a game-time decision due to an ankle injury that Westbrook suffered against the Orlando Magic. Westbrook is playing tonight against the Atlanta Hawks and after one quarter of play is showing no ill effects on the sprained ankle, and he is leading all Thunder players with 10 points after one quarter.
Westbrook is 4-of-5 from the field with two three-pointers made, and after one quarter the Thunder are trailing the Hawks 27-24. Kevin Durant who usually shoots the ball well is having an off night so far with eight points on 1-of-4 shooting, but he is making up for that by getting to the free throw line where he has made 5-of-6 so far tonight.
