Masters 2012: Par 3 Schedule, TV Time, Live Stream Of Practice Rounds

The competitive action kicks off today at Augusta with the start of the Par 3 Contest during the 2012 Masters. Practice rounds continue throughout the morning and the afternoon, but the Par 3 Contest is the first real action of some incredible golf to come this week. Unfortunately, last year's champion Luke Donald has already said he will not participate.

After winning the Par 3 last year, he also finished fourth in the 2011 Masters. After attempting to win both last year, he said the focus was needed in just one area.

"It was something that I wanted to do, something that was different, to try and defy convention I suppose. And I almost did it. I had a good chance at winning both," Donald said. "But this year I'm just going to concentrate on the main one."

If you go to the Masters' main website, you can check out live coverage throughout the morning of the practice rounds from 8am to 10am CT called On The Range. For those wanting to get in on the Par 3 action, you can check out ESPN from 2pm to 4pm CT for live coverage. The Par 3 Contest officially starts at 11:30am CT, but live coverage will not begin until then.
