It's amazing the momentum that carries various golfers up and down the Masters leaderboard day after day. Some can't seem to find their stroke at the wrong time while unknowns can get hot and make a name for themselves with a strong weekend showing. Jason Dufner is hoping to do just that as he has moved into a tie with Lee Westwood at five-under for the lead early in the second round at the 2012 Masters.
Chez Reavie, on the other hand, continues the downward spiral he stumbled into yesterday with another two-over today in just the first few holes. Reavie went seven-over yesterday and will definitely miss the cut heading into Saturday's third round unless he can turn a major corner. Then again, that's what typically happens at Augusta over a weekend that will offer multiple surprises. Reavis currently nine-over and tied for 92nd place.
