Big 12 Baseball Tournament Scores: Texas A&M Defeats Kansas 10-4

The third game of Wednesday's Big 12 tournament slate is now complete -- and it's not quite the result Kansas Jayhawks fans were hoping for. The Texas A&M Aggies defeated Kansas with ease on Wednesday, winning 10-4.

Frank Duncan took the loss for Kansas. Duncan pitched five and two thirds innings, allowing seven runs on 10 hits. Duncan issued only one walk and struck out seven Aggies. The loss dropped Duncan's record to 6-8 on the season.

Kansas' bats struggled to find an answer against Texas A&M starter Daniel Mengden. Mengden improved to 3-3 with the win on Wednesday, pitching 6.2 innings en route to the victory. Mengden allowed just one unearned run on five hits, while walking one and striking out five.

Kansas will now take on the loser of tonight's game between between No. 3 seed Texas and No. 6 seed Missouri in an elimination game. First pitch is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. CT on Thursday afternoon.
