As the latest Sprint Car race is underway at Talledega, one crash has resulted in an unfortunate injury for driver Eric McClure. The driver of the No. 14 Hefty Toyota Camry was hurt in a crash on Lap 117 and is reportedly being taken away on a stretcher in an ambulance after workers worked to get him out of the car. Joe Brooks first reported the info on Twitter:

McClure has not finished in the top ten this season. Most recently Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Joe Nemechek, Austin Dillon and Kevin Harvick were the top five in the race.
